Lovely lemony stuffing stuff.

For two :-
three to four pieces of white bread crumbled but not too small, one to one and a half onions sliced how you like, fifteen grinds black pepper, three heaped teaspoons of dried sage or 'til it looks right, thin skin of half a lemon, chopped, then the flesh of the half a lemon without the white bits, two good blobs of salt [Maldon if poss] a few blobs of olive oil over it all when in the dish [this is optional] At least twenty mins in the oven until it looks right
